Time sure does fly! I can’t believe it has been a year since Thomas and I ran up to Memphis to be there for the birth of our niece Maybree.
My sister asked me to stay in the delivery room to take pictures of the big arrival and I will admit I was a little freaked out at first. All I could imagine was the movies with women screaming, babies crying and doctors yelling (you know what I am talking about) but it was everything but that. It was the neatest and most wonderful experience I have ever been apart of. Watching a miracle happen right before your eyes. And I don’t know if it was hearing her first cry or that fact that she walks on her tippy toes now like her aunt but it was love at first site. It is amazing how pure and real you can love someone without even knowing them. I am blessed to have such a cutie in my life.
