It has been a year since a crazy weekend of weather hit Montgomery. We had tornados, rain and hail one day and snow the next! It was just crazy... that is the only word I can think of for it. But to top it off we closed on our house that weekend! Our first home as an official married couple. Needless to say we were thrilled to move in and a little determined, even if it was between the rain and snow clouds.
Thank goodness for family and friends! We could have never done it without them. I think Thomas's lower back is still regretting not hiring professional movers. His poor brothers! We are truly blessed to have such loving and dedicated family and friends. I think we would still be in boxes without them!
The year has flown by fast with unpacking, organizing and decorating. We have done a few projects here and there but it seems like the list only gets longer, not shorter. I guess that is bound to happen in a 92 year old house though and with two crazy dogs destroying running through it every day. Got to love them! :)
I am excited for the years to come and the memories to be made in our home.
